"Archie had zero recall before we started. Three sessions in and we've got the tools to bring him back every single time — genuinely didn't think that was possible."

One-on-one, force-free training in your home —
across Melbourne's southern suburbs.
I use treats, positive reinforcement, and a lot of patience. I explain the why behind everything. And I work with you just as much as your dog — because training is for the owner as much as the dog.

The biggest mistake people make is waiting. The first 16 weeks shape everything — who your dog becomes, how they handle the world, whether they grow into a calm adult or a stressed one. We get it right from day one so you're never undoing damage later.
8 weeks – 6 months
Pulling on lead, jumping up, ignoring recall, toilet training, separation anxiety — your dog isn't being naughty, they just don't understand yet. That's where I come in. Positive reinforcement only, no shortcuts, built around your specific dog.
All ages & breeds
A dog that barks, lunges or shuts down on walks isn't a bad dog — it's a stressed one that nobody's helped yet. We rebuild their confidence gradually, change the response pattern, and get you back to enjoying walks together.
Anxiety & reactivity
I come to you — your home, your street, your local park. That's where the behaviour shows up and that's where we fix it. I also work with every person in the household, because inconsistency between family members is one of the biggest things that slows progress.
Southern Melbourne
I'm a Melbourne born and raised dog trainer working one-on-one across the southern suburbs and inner south. I never had a dog growing up — but dogs were always my thing. I just studied them instead. Out of pure passion and curiosity, I learned everything I could about how they think, communicate and behave. Eventually I made it official with my Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training, and turned that obsession into a career.
What drives me is a simple belief: dogs are communicating constantly. Most owners just aren't listening yet — and that's not their fault, nobody taught them. That's what I'm here to change. Every session I run is about helping owners actually understand what their dog is telling them, because when that clicks, everything else follows.
I don't believe any dog is untrainable. Not one. Every dog I've worked with has shown me something, and the ones people have written off are often the most rewarding to work with. I'm patient — I never rush a dog or an owner — and I use positive reinforcement only. No prong collars, no e-collars, no shortcuts. Ever.
My goal is simple: help as many Melbourne families as possible have genuinely better lives with their dogs. Not managed lives. Better ones.
A clear path from the first call to a calmer dog — three steps, no jargon, and I'm with you the whole way.

First session is at your place. I assess your dog in the environment where the behaviour actually happens, build a written plan tailored to them, and show every person in the household exactly what to do — and why it works.
How fast you see results depends on the dog and how much you practise between sessions. I follow up after every session, I'm available if you have questions, and I send written notes so nothing gets forgotten.

Straightforward pricing, no hidden extras. All sessions are in-home or at your local park across the southern suburbs and inner south of Melbourne.
On average, most dogs need between 1 and 4 sessions — but it genuinely depends on the dog and how much the owner practises in between. Results come fastest when the whole household is consistent. I'll always be upfront with you about what's realistic once I've met your dog.
Never. The idea that you can't teach an old dog new tricks is genuinely just a myth. Every dog can learn at any age. The only thing that changes the outcome is consistency — and that's on the owner as much as the dog.
Yes — reach out rather than do nothing. Aggression is almost always rooted in fear or stress, not a "bad dog." Your dog isn't being naughty — they just don't understand yet, and nobody's helped them figure it out. I'll assess them properly first and be honest about the best path forward, including whether your vet should be involved.
Not at all. Puppies are my favourite because getting it right early means you're never undoing damage later — but I work with dogs of all ages. Whether you've got a 10-week-old or a 7-year-old dog who's developed habits you want to change, I can help.
The big three: a dog that walks on a loose lead without pulling your arm off, stays calm at the front door instead of going feral at every visitor, and comes back when you call them at the park. Those three things alone completely change what daily life with your dog feels like. And that's exactly what we work toward — a dog that fits naturally into your life, not one you manage around it.
I guarantee I'll give you the best possible tools, plan and support every single time. What I can't guarantee is the outcome — because results depend on how much you practise between sessions. I follow up after every session, send written notes, and I'm available if questions come up. But a 20 minute daily practice beats a 2-hour session once a week, every time. I'll make it as easy as possible — but consistency is everything.
